Terence Wright Associates is a professional design, build and project management company based in southern Spain.

We can work with you in three different ways:

• We have plots of land where plans have been approved by the town hall for a project, but which can be adapted to your particular needs at very modest cost.
• You can commission us to find you a suitable plot on which we will build a house totally to your specifications. We manage the entire process from beginning to end, making sure that you end up with the house of your dreams. We are here, on site, to manage the project for you, in Spanish.
• If you own (or find a plot of land independently of us), we will take your instructions and have design sketches and layout plans prepared for you, without commitment on your part. We will submit them to you, and when all is finally agreed, we will manage the whole building project for you on the basis of a fixed build cost plus a fixed management fee.
